Math Club - An activity that combines learning math while adding an element of challenge and competition. We attend competitions and take field trips. We also talk about different types of math that go beyond the math classroom. We find a balance between real-world problems related to science and engineering and abstract problems that are just for fun.
We celebrate critical thinking, problem solving, and thinking outside the box. Members have an opportunity to join Mu-Alpha-Theta Math Honor Society and earn a cord for graduation.
Meetings are Tuesdays after school until 3:14 p.m.
